Shaylee Strawberries is located on the Atherton Tablelands ( 700 meters above Sea level) between Atherton and the historic Township of Yungaburra.
Shaylee’s rich red volcanic soil and temperate weather conditions are just right for the cultivation of large succulent strawberries. These are at their best during the tourist season, July to November.
Our crossroads location on the Gillies Highway (the major tourist route through the Cairns Hinterland) makes us easy for the tourists to find. Shaylee was established in 1985 and specialises in supplying the North Queensland catering industry. Only the choicest fruit are grown and harvested only when fully ripe.
